Norsafarova Zuhal, daughter of Obid, was born on October 6, 2005 in Dehkanabad district of Kashkadarya region.
Currently, student of then 2nd level of legal education atShahrisabz State Pedagogical Instite, the national idea, spiritual foundations, is a member of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) of Dehkhanabad district. Zuhal is currently organized by the administration of Kashkadarya region, the Five Initiative Project Shahrisabz 2nd place winner of the Youth Festival “Zukko Kitabkhan” contest held in Our happiness and perfection is embodied in you”, a participant of the regional stage of the constitutional competition, as well. His poems are included in the anthology collection “Nurli izlar” published by the Russian publishing house.
