Over the years during my time at school I used to appreciate the masterly out teachers had on various subjects. On almost daily basis they could teach us new subjects, topics or subtopics.
Taking into consideration that they could teach several classes, explain without necessarily referring to the text book, if you asked them questions in regard to these subjects they could easily provide the correct answer. This amazed me making me to see them as super intelligent creatures.
Upon my completion of high school and attendance of college where we were supposed to choose courses it is then I gave much focus on what could have been happening with our teachers when they deal with is their line of masterly and they do this on almost daily basis for a lengthy period making them have a good masterly of their work.
If they were taken to teach institutions of higher learning they could require further training so much as we used to fear them it is our level of understanding that was making us to develop such a fear.
One of our parent may be over manipulative at home and know it all as he is the highest point of reference in his homestead, you may grow up fearing his level of knowledge but should you visit his place of work that is when you would realise that he does not know everything he depends on other people to make certain decisions.
Civil and construction engineers are respected due to the knowledge they possess in structural engineering. They are able to provide solutions to issues in this field. When a new technology emerges in the construction field that is when you realise that they do not know everything owing to the fact that the innovation has been done by someone else and they need to train to become conversant with the new technology otherwise looking at what they do on daily basis you could be amazed by the wealth of knowledge that they possess.

Dictators think that they know all processes, they want to be referenced on all situations and thinks that their decision is final not matter how uninformed it could be. To them life is a competition and they are the self-declared winners so they will do everything possible to ensure that they do not face any kind of competition or if they do they emerge as the winners regardless of the method they will apply to achieve this.
In their decisions some which are half baked, you find them operating at points of inefficiency yet in their understanding they are contented with the current situation.
None of the song no matter how good it sounds has been able to maintain the first slot for the most listened to and most albums bought on daily basis since it was composed and released. This indicates that no musician has been able to know the preferences of his audiences all the time.
Seek to understand every situation as per context. Be confident but don’t be over confident. Keep updating yourself with the current market requirements to avoid becoming irrelevant. Do not despise any knowledge no matter how simple it may seem to be. To avoid shocks in life be realistic by not assuming that anyone knows everything that exists.
