The book tells the story of a 14-year-old Angolan girl, known as Palesa, she is kidnapped by a group of criminals, Palesa sees her parents dead, she was taken by force to a residence, known publicly as a hospice, but in truth is a place of torture, exploitation and human trafficking, the residence has more than 50 women and more than 80 men kidnapped in various parts of Angola.
Palesa suffers along with other women she meets in that place, the residence is led by a psychopath, known as the boss, leader of several crime networks, at her side is Captain Tchitula, the man who guides the jailers and jailers with inhumane regime. The residence is far from the big city, there is no peace, not even for a minute, the suffering makes the jailers try to escape, but with no option, some women are taken into prostitution and men into some impossible missions, therefore, Palesa live in hell in your own country.

Beni Dya Mbaxi, young Angolan writer, born on May 28, 1997, is a columnist for the Brazilian blog “Choque Cultural Buíque” with Dica de Leitura, is CEO of the JEZ literary movement “Jovens Escritores do Zoológico”, Coordinator of the Revista Punhado with the Brazilian Guigo Ribeiro, the magazine aims to promote NEGRITUDE. He is the author of five books: In 2018, he published his first book, “When Don’t Look Back. In 2019, The Burka Girl, Musseque and Other Reflections essay; 2020, Pensar Outside the Box and The Last Masoxi, published in England , London. In 2023, The true story of Dr. Luiz Carlos, What Does A Black Man Have to Say?, and Palesa no Inferno.
In 2021, he received the prize of the 4th edition of the Annual Global African Authors Award for the work “The Last Masoxi”. He also received the Revelation Writer of the Year 2021 award, at the Moda Cazenga By Luandina awards. He received Merit Honor from the Kilamba Kiaxi Municipal Library. He received the “Young Writer of the Year 2022 award at the Dipanda Awards. He received distinction from the Khuluma Afrika-Speak Literary Magazine of South Africa, 2022
He is a regular columnist for the international newspaper The Diaspora Times Global. Copywriter for Tabanka TV in London, England. Ambassador of the magazine “African writers Round Table” in Zimbabwe. Columnist for the Brazilian blog Pensamentos e Poesia, representative and columnist for the Khuluma Afrika-Speak magazine in South Africa.
