The Kenyan constitution 2010 has given the people the audacity to freedom of expression and speech. This freedom has been missed used by many who in many occasions intimidate their fellow colleagues by the word of their mouth.
Such characters may ensure that they bring down their colleagues down and ruin their destiny. Speeches from us sometimes impact good values to our neighbours and kinsmen as they are geared to promoting their character, profession and even their achievements. Our dear tongues can also promote ourselves or devalue our wellbeing in the society as the tongue speaks promotion and demotion of ourselves and status.
The sense taste may also lead to promoting of social classes due to boosting on our personal achievement and status in life.
This calls for the watch of our tongue before we leap in order to promote a healthy society.
