• Whatever culture you develop at personal level you are likely to extend it to those you interact with so if you are virtuous person you will likely extend this character to your colleagues.

If you get used to lying to others it will not be abnormal to lie to yourself as lies will become part of your life. This will happen by your imagination that you have something that you really do not have that is why some people lie to themselves that they can use debt to finance their living and fail to pay the debt. They can claim that those they owe will forget or fail to find something commensurate with what they owe them that they can use as compensation.

You can only share what you have try to endow yourself with what is good so that when you want to share with others you give what will not be regrettable to both you and the person who you are sharing with.
