Elmurodova Muattar Abdukhalil’s daughter was born on April 25, 2004 in Samarkand region.
Later, he moved to Kashkadarya region and graduated from the 134th school with excellent grades.
In 2022, he was admitted to Karshi State University on the basis of a grant. Currently, he knows 4 languages and has participated in many contests, anthologies and published his creative works. Official member of the People’s Democratic Party.
