Hon. Isaac GM Andabwa (OGW) together with other leaders joined the Govenor of Kakamega County His Excellency Fernandez Baraza( FCPA) in the launch of tarmacking the Lumakanda- Pan Paper road.
This was part of the Governors campaign promises to the people of Lugari.
Hon. Andabwa held talks with the Govenor on various critical issues geared towards Socio- economic development in the region.
He lauded the Governor over his efforts and plans to spur growth in Lugari Constituency and appealed to him to also consider tarmacking the Luandeti~ Lugari – Nzoia & Kogo – Sango roads that will fully open up the infrastructure in the Sub- County and its neighbourhoods for growth. Hon. Andabwa appealed to leaders across the County to shun Party Politics, rally and support the Govenor for transformative change.
