Nails of fire nailed a dream
And desperation hold down a shining star,
Fast fading now,
By the thread of the reflection of the sun.
Chances came like a wind,
Fear of failure
Rained from the sky
Sent the faded star to ride on the earth,
To the wavy promises of redeeming art,
Despite a heartfelt assurances,
Of mentoring a scion from a far,
Why does everyone want to take and not give
Why are good things always brief,
Why does uncertainty always sneak on like a thief,
Why do we believe we have faith, when it’s invisible instead we have plight,
They say life isn’t fair,
What is the essence of grace
If we believe some are born great,
Why is jealousy flowing like stream,
When people die in ignorance,
When Children, orphans became hopeless,
When jealousy have lead people to slavery,
When the love for humanity,
is vanishing from the land of the living,
This life is for a timely moment,
one day the clouds will be no more,
Why fighting one another,
I was stuck in the caves of difficulties,
I lost my identity
My strength was drained,
Within me, everything was stained.
My muscles were strained,
I became powerless;
All I could see, was the never ending darkness.
I was thrown into the cages of pain,
There is nothing of gain.
All my efforts were in vain.
The paths I knew to be plain,
Became impossible , not even with a train;
In the heart of mankind, lies heartlessness,
Ever ready to destroy and bring end to live of the innocent soul’s
From the vacuum of vanity
To the parade of nothingness to insanity,
We now a tool for devil,
And the anguish of mankind,
The endless quest to embezzle,
Afforded us a reprobate mind,
Damning and trampling justice
Delivering acute pain to the less privileged,
Daily, people are dying
Over unpaid and half wages,
The Civilians are crying,
A situation, never on pages.
No economic growth, except on radio,
To the suffering of civil servants.
That position is not for eternity.
Once we are out of that seat,
Anytime we appear on the street
The stench will haunt our names
Guilt will fill the privacy of our hearts
Let’s remember our days is on the podium,
Let’s reunite as one people.
I remain your poet,
