Why do I miss someone I’ve never met?
A question pondered, with no regret.
With every breath, anticipation grows,
In dreams, her presence softly flows.
All the poetry now makes sense,
In her essence, a divine presence.
Her absence is a void, a vacant space,
Yet in her absence I find grace.
In the silence, her memory blooms,
A flower of hope amidst life’s glooms. Though unseen, her spirit’s near,
In my heart, her presence is clear
So I’ll wait with patience, calm, and true
For the day I meet, the day I pursue.
For even in absence, her love I feel,
The poetry of Longing is so surreal.
