Kieni philanthropist John Kariuki Choromai over the weekend transversed the vast constituency where he met with members of various welfare groups.
He also visited at least three churches and a fundraising event.
The welfare groups he visited are; Tupendane Karichen welfare, Gitugi village welfare and Motel Women group.
Others were Manyatta Tusaidiane welfare, Guthii ni Guthii welfare group and Gatangi-ini Women Group.
He thanked the local residents for supporting the Kenya Kwanza government saying, like other Kenyans, they were destined to reap big.
Choromai urged them to be patient as President William Ruto and his Deputy Rigathi Gachagua fixed the economy.
He encouraged the area farmers to plant trees, crops and harvest water during the coming rainy season.
Yesterday, Choromai joined faithful at three different churches.
He joined worshippers at Muthui-ini Catholic church during their morning service, later joined P.C.E.A. Embaringo Church and Milimani P.A.G. Church.
To crown the weekend, he joined the family of Mwalimu Mureithi (Sure) and residents of Embaringo in a fundraising ceremony for clearing his hospital bill.
