Nyeri Leaders During The County’s 9th Annual Prayer Breakfast Session

Nyerians of all walks of life yesterday converged at Nyeri Golf Club for the now traditional annual Prayer Breakfast meeting.
They were joined by the Second Lady Pastor Dorcas Rigathi during the meeting organized by the Nyeri Ecumenical Bishops Council.
This initiative was started by the Nyeri Ecumenical Bishops Council nine years ago, with an aim of forging togetherness in prayer and presenting the problems in the region to God.
Some of the leaders present included Nyeri Governor Mutahi Kahiga and his Deputy David Kinaniri.
Local national legislators who attended included Njoroge Wainaina ( Kieni) Geoffrey Wandeto ( Tetu), Dunn Maina ( Nyeri Town), Eric Wamumbi ( Mathira), Nyeri Woman Rep Rahab Mukami.
Nyeri Speaker Gichuhi Mwangi and a host of MCAs led by Majority Leader James Kanyugo were also present.
Also present were Parastatal heads led by Tana Water Works Development Agency Chairman Wanyaga Gathaka.
