Hi! I am Shreyasee Konar – A Global Award-Winning Artist, CEO, Creative Entrepreneur and
Thought Leader.
- What exactly is Creación exhibition?
Creación Exhibition uplifts Artists, Entrepreneurs & Initiatives around the Globe by providing
Diverse, Multicultural & Accessible platforms.
- Being an artist, what are your views for creative industry? Where do you see this industry in next 5 years?
Unfortunately, the creative ecosystem has started to resemble a fixed pattern, thus losing the essence of individuality and freedom. Would like to see more free-spirited thinkers, artists and designers in the next 5 years.
- Being an women entrepreneur, and an artist, what kind of struggles you have faced?
Being a young lady from India, I have faced racism, pre-conceived notions and trolls from time to time. Connecting with the audience becomes difficult when there is a wall of false perception. But, creativity is a universal language, and I can proudly say that I have overcome all the hurdles and made a place for myself.
- How did you faced the trolls and find the way to success?
‘Ignorance is Bliss’
- What are your achievements till date?
I have achieved 29 International Awards and film screenings across India, USA, Pakistan, UK, Nepal, Netherlands, Turkey, Italy, Canada, Germany, Australia, France and Japan. I have been declared ‘KYE Global 30 under 30’, ‘Outstanding Young Leader of the Year’, ‘Asia’s Top
100 Influential Woman’, ‘Top 30 Female Entrepreneurs To Look Out For In 2022 – DISRUPTORS’ among many other prestigious titles for my contribution in Art, Design and Women Empowerment globally. I am the honourable member of Indian Women’s History Museum. My venture – Creación Exhibition (under Shreyasee Consultancy Art) has established a Diverse, Multicultural and Accessible community; and uplifted talented individuals and brands from India, Democratic Republic Of Congo, USA, UK, Russia, Egypt, Sri Lanka, Australia, Canada, Columbia and Oman in just 6 months. My E-book: “How To Create A Global Mark With Your Creativity?” is filled with tips and tricks for creatives who wish to expand their presence internationally. Grateful to all the Indian and International publications that have closely followed my journey.
- Where do you see yourself in next 10 years? And what is your long term goal?
In the long term, I wish to expand my business further and provide welfare to underprivileged artists and crafts persons.
- Who inspired you?
In my early days, the works of Jackson Pollock inspired me to dive into the nitty-gritty of abstract art and expressionism.
