Securing a job is what many desire to in order to earn a living though in the recent years sexual harassment is at a rising speed in the work places.
It is not a wonder to hear cases of bosses sleeping with their juniors, that is the females in order for them to secure a job and failure to do so they are threatened to be fired from work. This has gone to an extent that it seems norm for the females to admit sleeping with their bosses in order for them to secure a job or maintain their position in work places.
This is a thing which should not be taken lightly since the females are mother’s and someone’s wives who have respect in our society but if such cases do emerge they will have a dull picture in the society since people will term them as prostitutes not knowing what is cooking around, that is they want to retain their job and so they end up admitting to their bosses requests. In addition, the females may suffer depression knowing very well it is immoral to sleep with their bosses and they have broken the vows they made with their husbands.
Moreover, when the husband’s get to know that their wives are sleeping around with their bosses, fights in their homes will not end and some will choose for a breakup while some end up killing their wives due to anger.
Therefore, the government should be strict on those who harass others sexually in the workplaces and punish them according to the law while the females should not admit sleeping with their bosses in order to get or retain jobs. It’s good to set moral standards and principles in order to shape our society.
