As it nears the long-awaited day for the people to cast their votes, everybody’s prayer is to see his or her preferred candidate win. There has been a notion where supporters lead by an individual candidate wants to strenuously win regardless of the final outcome.
This has for a while resulted to chaos and unnecessary drama. A lot of people have lost their life’s and others ending up having disabilities in that the society less understands the value of humanity. I call upon Kenyans in collaboration with the relevant authorities to exercise voting in a decent manner and be mature enough to follow the rule of law.
Those who may attempt to cause forgery or unlawfully conduct themselves should be held accountable as stated by the elections offence act. May peace prevail as it is the only battle worth waging?
