They always tell interesting information during the lesson. Because the lesson process was so interesting, the lesson seemed to pass in a flash. Be it related to the topic or off topic, they always give us useful information. By asking questions during the lesson, all students can be involved in the lesson.
Teacher! This word is really a great word. When we hear his name, the first thing that comes to our eyes is the person who first taught us how to write by holding our hands and introduced us to letters.
Paying special attention to the education of children and the development of the young generation into mature human beings is one of the noble qualities of our nation. There are many auspicious interpretations of them in our people. “Teacher is as great as your father”, “Teacher is a rock, student is water” and so on. Even in our holy religion, respect for teachers and coaches is incomparable. The career of teaching, coaching and mentoring is a great honor. After all, the prophets, who are among the greatest representatives of mankind, were sent as teachers and mentors. It is difficult to imagine our life without them. As the sun illuminates the world with its rays, they are beacons that illuminate our ways of life through knowledge. The following verses of Hazrat Abdurahman Jami can be a clear example of our words:
Time without a teacher,
The world would be black with darkness.
The meaning of the word “teacher” means “giver of knowledge, teacher, teacher”. In our country, a lot of work is being done to pay respect to them, honor them, and provide them with social support.
My mentor, Shinar Kadyrbaevna Matzhanova, whom I admired from the first time I saw them. Before my teacher started working in this field, they had to go through a long difficult path. 2001-2002 – laboratory assistant at Oltinsoy farm, Beruni district, student at Karakalpak State University between 2002-2006, 2006-2007 geography teacher at secondary school No. 4 of Beruni district, Karakalpak in 2008 2nd-level specialist of the State Committee on Nature Protection of the Republic of Estonia, State Inspection Specialized in Analytical Control of the Republic, in 2007-2009, a master’s student at Karakalpak State University, in 2009-2017 at Nukus Academic Lyceum No. 3 under Karakalpak State University. “Kamolot” youth social movement leader, teacher of geography, in 2017-2020 educator and pedagogue of student residence number 1 at Karakalpak State University named after Berdak and from 2020 Karakalpak State University Faculty of Geography and Natural Resources, Geodesy, Cartography and are working as a teacher-trainee at the department of natural resources. Until now, he has been engaged in a number of scientific works, and his scientific works have been published in international journals in English and Russian. Teaching and coaching are ingrained in their blood. I think that the fact that they were born into a family of intellectuals was one of the motivations for them to become teachers.

In conclusion, Sister Shinar is one of the most perfect women I have ever met. I was always amazed by his knowledge, behavior and behavior. A teacher’s enthusiasm can be compared to a burning candle. It lights up and spreads light around. Others will enjoy this light. For this reason, every person, regardless of age, position, and level, always bows before the teacher-coach who taught him.
As Hazrat Navoi said, no amount of wealth or treasure can measure the hard work of the teachers who taught us the truth with a thousand hardships. Their work is incomparable and Benazir. Since 1997, by the decree of the first president of our country, I. A. Karimov, October 1 has been widely celebrated as “Teachers and Trainers’ Day” and is a clear proof of our country’s respect for them. The head of our country gave the following definition about them: “If the greatest of the world’s buildings is a school, then the most honorable of the professions is teaching and coaching.” That’s why we always honor them.
