In this rising venom
The agony of a writer lingers
In the cimmerian skies
Of this wrack and ruin game,
Underneath unjustified inhumation
Where we wiggle and tunnel
Through the strait corridors
Of dense stratums,
In this quest for worm shoulders
Under the brace of celebrity,
Thoughts die before sunset,
With pen and pad aboard this flight,
With writers domified
Into small gods,
That romp the pages with tact,
And with their tumefied
Tears,
Gallop through silent pages
Of inferiority
And hoist flags of deep conquest,
As their minds rage like an inferno,
Of unbridled tongues of fire.
