Portrait of a group of teenage female best friends smiling while sitting arm in arm together at home

Worth Noting:
- As teen one is allowed to do many new things but the fear of decisions and responsibility. You cry, you laugh, you keep quiet or sometimes you want to sing . Sometimes you can’t explain what you feel .That’s so obvious in whatever face of life we are in “teenage life “. Sometimes it’s really great and sometimes it’s hard as a knife.
- In all this emphasis I feel it’s okay to have a self believe in the positive things that are so random in one’s mind. Believing in all positivity around you. Having a whole way of appreciating oneself and doing what makes you feel “you” more.
As we approach teenage years, both male and females go through some rough times. Speaking from a female position, I know how hard it is to worry if you look okay and if you’re “developing” enough. For males, they go through changes in their body and their voice. They faced with situations such as steroids and other masculine desires. Men are propagandized into believing they need to be “tall”,”dark” and handsome with so much muscle mass and as little fat as possible.
However, I think the emphasis of the hardships on teens is more toward females’. There is such a demand in the media and in our everyday life for females to be that ideal. We are constantly bombarded with images and advertisement to be something we physically can’t be.
As a teen sometimes you feel alone yet there are so many people. One has down days and you feel uninterested in life or school. But obviously these symptoms pass so quickly. You get some overjoyment in some little things. Some days you wake up you feel so good about yourself and you appreciate yourself for the very many things you’ve done. Sometimes one gets too irritated by the little mess they did. But it’s worth it .It’s right but don’t let the mistakes drown you or bring a feeling self-hatred or self-mockery.

Speaking out even if it feels like it’s too minimal to talk about. It’s okay to mess but still correcting the mess because as we live no man is perfect. As a teen it’s okay to have a deep self-worth with a heavy load of self-love.
It starts somewhere and then you have to find the right way .You will find the end sooner or later and that is it .But in this way you have to be the “problem solver” of your own .Not letting something drown before you had it tackled is the best way of being a good one for oneself .Not everything is bad and you have to keep hoping for a better version of you .Even if you are not sure of what version it is like be so optimistic of it
