A bully is anyone who makes others uncomfortable either verbally or physically. Bullies unsettle the mindset.
Bullies thrive more where they are just watched and cheered, but if counter attacked they get disarmed.
Bullies normally get others off the school system as the bullied often lose interest in school.
Bullies normally stop once reported to the school authorities and parents, and it’s normally a result of underlying unrest at home or in the past of a bully.
Low self-esteem issues are the fundamental issues that lead to one individual to behave in this disorderly manner.
Consequences of bullying are being expelled from school and if the bullying goes unnoticed some victims commit suicide which means bullying is deadly thing if kids get unnoticed.
However even at workplace bullying occurs hence it is important to be assertive and self-confident not to allow others to control or bully one in any circumstances.
Bullies thrive under hidden spectrum and it is always important to blow a whistle when one sees signs of bullying, as bullies usually loved the idea of doing things under the dark.
Schools, workplaces are important to be safe and secure hence it is necessary for parents, peers to communicate well and bring joy and positive energy daily to workplace or schools.
