I’m Thabo Simon Jama, an author, entrepreneur and philanthropist who have been recognized for his work and featured on songs with legendary musicians.
- Where are you from?
Answer: Tarlton krugersdorp west Rand
- What is the name of your book?
Answer: My book’s name is Light to darkness.
- What inspired it?
Answer: The inspiration behind my book was living in poverty and life after losing my mother at the age of 16 where I had to raise my little brother whom was aged

6 years old when I lost my mom. It showed me that despite of darkness I have been, I still rise and believe there is a light at the end of the tunnel which is where I am now.
- When was the book launch?
Answer: The book was launched on my birthday which is on 28 August and I saw the date as perfect one to uncover the Light to Darkness.
- Who were present?
Answer: It was an intimate launch where I invited my friends and family to come and join me on launching my book.
- Was it successful?

Answer: It was a success, after the launcu I was be featured on numerous TV shows, namely The Morning Show Etv with Pabi Moloi, Unpacked with Relebogile on SABC 3, Wife Reality show

episode 8 on Honey TV. I was also featured and interviewed on
Drum magazine, Thobela fm, Radio 2000, Power FM, Daily Sun, Krugersdorp Newspaper and lastly YFM.

- What is your message to upcoming creatives?
Answer: Stay true to your dreams, follow them no matter who says what, and remember to put God in everything you do, and always stay relevant, because dreams do really come.
