Real Estate Investment company JLL yesterday launched its report dubbed, ‘Living in Africa, Investing in People’ in Nairobi. The report highlights key dynamics affecting the industry such as affordable housing, sustainability (green building), population and economic demographics and student housing.
Stakeholders explored on various alternatives available for both the government and private sector in realising the address on housing deficits in the country and Africa continent.
