Note, sometimes the cause may not be broken covenants, spiritual conditions or foundations, rather there are people going through challenges in life, but if they diagnosed their problem well, they would discover that it is because of the CALL OF GOD UPON THEIR LIVES. For such individuals. Responding to the call if God would bring HEALING TO THEIR LIVES. However, for as long as they do NOT UNDERSTAND! , peace and prosperity may never be their portion irrespective of the things they may try to do( consider 1 Samuel 9: 3- 4,.. we get to understand ,not is very clear that there was no way Saul would have met Samuel except, with his father’s donkeys missing.)
Some people suffering has nothing to do with sin or disobedience; rather, it’s about THE SEASON THEY ARE IN. It is critical to understand that life is made up of seasons. It does not mean that the devil is overpowering you , or God is not heartening to your prayers. When you find yourself in a tough season, understand YOU STILL HAVE THE CALLING OF GOD UPON YOUR LIFE.
The tree looks different in different seasons( I.e of rain, drought, winter, autumn, etc). Point driven is this: “ NEVER JUDGE A PERSON BY THE SEASON THEY ARE IN.” THERE IS ALWAYS A SEASON FOR GOD TO REFINE THOSE HE HAS CHOSEN FOR HIS WORK.” Consider ISAIAH 48:10 Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
Always remember that no season is permanent, neither will you be tested forever” “For His anger is but for a moment, HIS FAVOR is for life; weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.” ( Psalm 30:5 ), reminds me of my good friend Shiphi, when she shared this Scripture while in K.U at such a depressing time. For example, when David was running away from Saul and hiding in caves, God had NOT deserted him; it was simply a season in his life. Also the example of Joseph in prison, God was still mindful of him. Therefore Joseph being in jail( Ev. Eric Musa being depressed at one time, is GOD’S PERFECT WILL).
