The Mt Kenya Times 
There are two ways to cast out devils: one is to say “come out”; the other is to say “go”! as we see Christ Jesus doing it in the Gospel books. But both ways require faith and obedience, the signs of holiness. You cannot do anything without faith. You must have faith in the name of Jesus and faith that the name is more powerful than all devils. Your faith in Jesus’ name can get victory for the person you are praying for. Every bad thing that happens is the work of hell, but the work of hell has to bow to the authority of the name of Jesus.
On earth, the closest thing to hell you will ever see is your state mental institution. Take a stroll through one some time. See the shape the patients are in. Some will laugh, some will hide, some will be bold. All are full of devils making fun of God. Many of the people do not know where they are, so much of them has been taken over by the devil.
As I said earlier, however, their demonic oppression usually began with some misuse of the body. What you do with your body affects your mind. For years and years, all of the mental patients with whom I have worked have done strange things with or to their bodies. A person involved in addictions, perversions, or compulsions will eventually lose his mind. He will lose all self-respect. His thoughts will get fuzzy. One of these days, his mind will snap. Regular hospitals may have empty beds, but most mental institutions in countries have long waiting lists.
Nevertheless, the Lord God is ever merciful, ever loving and does not desire that we suffer, but rather have victory and accept Him, and get saved. You realise that many do not understand, even those who have experience the word of God, gone through Church; there has to be RIGHT AND DEEP UNDERSTANDING/BELIEVE OF GOD so that salvation and deliverance can occur accompanied with the GREAT LOVE AND FAITHFUL NESS OF GOD. May the good Lord help us as ministers and also His flock, that many may gain understanding and live forever in Him.
