In addition to her roles in education and mentorship, Ms. Faith Jerop is now stepping into the arena of union leadership as an aspirant for the position of 3rd Assistant Gender Secretary in the Kenya Union of Post Primary Education Teachers (KUPPET), Nandi Branch. Her candidacy reflects a deep commitment to advocating for gender equity, empowering female educators, and amplifying the voices of teachers across the county.
